Function

Advise and assist the Dean of BSNEU in managing and organizing the implementation of administrative – general, clerical, archival and reception work of the BSNEU

Advise and assist the Dean of BSNEU in timely and complete accounting of all assets, financial revenue and expenditure activities, and inspect and supervise the management and observance of the financial – accounting regime of the Company, State and internal at the unit.

Responsibility

Office task

The focal point for organizing and serving meetings and conferences of the BSNEU. Coordinate with programs and committees to prepare content and form of scientific activities, thesis defense… at the BSNEU.
Manage clerical work and archives. Perform administrative, clerical and archival work at the BSNEU
Manage and use the seal of the BSNEU and other administrative seals according to regulations.
Receive and distribute newspapers, magazines, newsletters, mailers and other documents to serve the work of the Board of Directors and units of the BSNEU.
Manage and execute the printing, faxing, taking of documents and documents according to the working regulations of the BSNEU.
Performing the reception and public affairs of the Institute; focal point for communication, arrangement of work schedules, reception of the Institute’s guests (except for international guests).
Manage and coordinate the use of classrooms and meeting rooms at the Institute; cleaning, serving the working rooms in the BSNEU.
Management of physical facilities, tangible and intangible assets of the BSNEU.

Finance and accounting

Timely, correct and complete accounting of accounting operations at the unit to ensure good and effective service
Preside over and coordinate with relevant programs and committees for annual financial planning. Timely and fully implement statistics and financial planning according to the BSNEU’s regulations.
Advise the Institute’s leaders on directing the implementation or directly inspecting and supervising the management and observance of the State’s and internal BSNEU’s financial-accounting regimes.
Develop internal regulations on financial management: business revenue and expenditure process; capital and debt management; Types of norms such as (advance norms, salary)… applied in the unit and checking the observance of these internal regulations.
