LENGTH AND TIME OF STUDY

The program is conducted in 2 years (out of office hours – in the evenings on weekdays, or in the mornings on weekends), including the time to write the thesis.

DEGREE AWARDS

After completing the program, students will be awarded a Master of Business Administration in English (Awarded by the Ministry of Education and Training).

LANGUAGE

The language used in studying and thesis final viva voce is in English. Teaching and evaluating theses in English.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates are eligible to take the entrance exam when one of the following conditions is satisfied

A BACHELOR DEGREE IN THE SAME DISCIPLINE

Candidates who have completed an undergraduate degree in Economics/Business Administration, if they achieved Merit degree or higher, they can take the exam right after graduation, if they achieved Pass degree, they can take the entrance examination one year after graduation (from the time of graduation to the date of application submission for examination)

A BACHELOR DEGREE IN A DIFFERENT DISCIPLINE

Candidates who have completed an undergraduate degree with different major from Economics/Business Administration can take the entrance examination after 1 year of graduation (from the time of graduation to the date of application submission for examination).

ON-THE-JOB EDUCATION

Economics/Business Administration majors from National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, University of Commerce, National University, Banking Academy, Academy of Finance are eligible to take the entrance examination 1 year after graduation (from the time of graduation to the date of application submission for examination).

EXAMINATION CONTENTS AND CONDITIONS

Criteria for selecting global leaders in the 4.0 economy

Test 1: Essays

Candidates write essays, thereby demonstrating their ability to grasp information, understandings of economics, society and business administration.

Test 2: English (Optional)

Candidates are exempted from taking the English test if they meet one of the following conditions:

Having a bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree/ doctorate degree with full-time study abroad, recognized by the competent authority in accordance with current regulations; the language used during the entire study period is English;
Having an undergraduate degree in an advanced program under the scheme of the Ministry of Education and Training on advanced program training in some universities in Vietnam; a high-quality engineering degree (PFIEV) recognized by the Commission on Engineering Degrees (CTI, France); or having an undergraduate degree awarded in collaboration with foreign partners; the language used during the entire study period is English;
Having a undergraduate degree in foreign languages (English);
Having an IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent, within 2 years from the date of issue to the last date of application submission.

Test 3: Interview

Assessing candidates’ logical thinking ability, problem solving ability and attitude through business administration situations in English.

Conditions and entry marks requirements

Candidates must score 5.0 or higher in Test 1 (Essay) and Test 3 (GMAT and interview);
Admission mark: (Test 1’s mark * 1) + (Test 3’s mark * 2). The admission score is taken from high to low, until the quota is filled.
