On April 1, 2024, the National Economics University and Hanbat National University (Korea) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote academic cooperation and improve cultural understanding. between Vietnam and Korea.
Attending the Signing Ceremony, on behalf of Hanbat National University, there were Dr. OH Yong-Jun – President; Prof. KWON Ki-Seok – Vice President in charge of International Cooperation and Public Policy. On the side of Eduline International Training and Cooperation Company Limited (the focal unit in charge of directly implementing the cooperation program) was Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao – Managing Director. Speaking at the Ceremony, Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong shared that, since establishment, National Economics University has identified one of the important strategic goals of the University as the orientation and promote the development of international cooperation activities. Currently, National Economics University is a trusted partner of more than 100 universities and research centers in more than 30 different countries. The University is also implementing cooperative activities with leading universities in the world in a comprehensive way in all aspects, in which joint training is one of the activities that the school always focuses on. Up to now, National Economics University has been implementing more than 20 joint training programs at bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels with partners from England, France, America, Australia, Germany, Korea…
Prof Pham Hong Chuong believed that the MOU signing ceremony would be a premise to promote and improve training and recruitment, opening up many new areas of development for both schools, thereby actively contributing to the process of enhancing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea.
